How batch identification should work
A traceable product record should include a product name and a unique lot or batch identifier (for example, APEX-RET-202607-001) printed on the item label. The same identifier must appear on any Certificate of Analysis (COA) presented as evidence for that item.
Apex currently publishes only the records actually available in its COA library. A sample identifier or educational graphic is not a live batch certificate. Contact support before ordering if the relevant lot document is not published.
