A clear route for correcting factual errors and updating time-sensitive regulatory or scientific information.
What to report
Report an incorrect fact, broken or mismatched citation, outdated approval statement, misleading evidence characterization, undeclared conflict or material omission. Include the article URL, the sentence at issue and a primary or authoritative source where possible.
How to submit
Use the support page and identify the request as an editorial correction. Do not include private medical information. Apex will separate factual corrections from disagreements of interpretation, with the underlying evidence assessed against the cited and newly supplied sources.
What happens next
- Clear factual or citation errors are corrected promptly.
- Material changes update the article's modified date.
- Regulatory changes are labelled with the relevant jurisdiction and date.
- Minor spelling or formatting fixes may be made without a change note.
- We do not remove accurate limitations or unfavorable evidence at a commercial request.
